We couldn't find the remote for one of the TVs and we contacted the owner and even though we told her that it was ok because we were leaving the next day she went out of her way to make sure that she got us that remote in a timely matter. All and all I enjoy the property and especially the walking trail that was across the street from our room. When we come hopefully we can get the same room. "

"The staff was great. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained and spacious. I especially loved the bathroom. The pools (inside and out) were big and clean. I enjoyed looking around the gift shop. There was a wide variety of cute merchandise. Since it was just me and my husband we enjoyed spending some time in Margaritaville! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I know this is where we will be staying for all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg from now on!"
